Office Policies

We accept payment for professional services at the time dental treatment is provided. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

Insurance

Our office will file insurance as a courtesy for our patients of record. We will accept payment for further treatment directly from your insurance company; however, you will be asked to pay the deductible and non-covered fees as treatment progresses. If our office has not received payment from your insurance company within 60 days, you will responsible for your account. Please bring completed and signed insurance forms and /or insurance cards so that we may file the insurance for you.

If your child’s treatment requires several visits, you will be given an estimate of our fees. Our team will discuss and make definite financial arrangements prior to their appointment.

Infection Control
Dr. Miller and his team follow the strict infection control guidelines as outlined by the American Dental Association (ADA), the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

Gloves and masks are used and all dental instruments are properly sterilized. Dr. Miller and his team disinfect all treatment room surfaces and equipment. We also wear protective eyewear during dental treatment. All needles and contaminated waste materials are processed according to state and federal regulations to avoid risk to both patients and office team.
